If you’re having real trouble with using the technology, you can drop by the Technology Learning Center, located at 7 Sparks Bldg, for one-on-one help. If you have specific problems with your online account or your computer, go to one of Information Technology Service's Help Desks, one of which is located in the basement of Willard.
